Another step forward for The Desert Vipers Talent Pathway – Powered by Balqis Capital 🏏

Last week, we hosted the second trial of the programme, bringing together 45 young cricketers from across the UAE – including 18 talented girls.

The Talent Pathway is all about creating opportunity, raising standards and providing a clear route into the Desert Vipers’ ILT20 first-team setup. With expert coaching, world-class facilities and a strong commitment to developing the women’s game, this initiative is shaping the future of cricket in the region.
